Suggest Remedies For Insomnia In An Elderly Person
im a 63 yof ive had a sleeping problem for about 2 yers now, I quit smoking,working and deinking at that time I can t stay awake some days I could sleep all day and then go to bed at 10 and sleep all night I need to sleep every 3hours or so for 3 hours I do take blood pruser pills and been checked for diabeates sugars ok any thing u can tell me, yes im about 40 lbs over weight
Advice 1. Zolpidem 10 mg per oral at bed time for 30 days 2. Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week 3. Take blood pressure medicines regularly 4. Do meditation 5. Avoid smoking, coffee and alcohol 6. Share your problem with your family and close friends 7. Consult a psychiatrist for follow up and counseling Thanks
