Suggest Remedies For Irregular Periods After Discontinuing Copper T

Hi i have inserted copperT 2yrs back .i removed it last year in the month of may 2010. after removing copper t my periods are irregular.i get my periods after 45days or once in 2 months .before inserting copper_t my periods was regular plz suggest me solution for this problem b' coz i m planning for 2nd baby. before that i want my periods regular
