Suggest Remedies For Irregular Periods And TSH Level 9.56

dear doctor, for past 2 months i am having irregular periods and last month when i got my blood test done.The result was TT3-100.72/TT4-8.9 and TSH-9.56.Do i have thyroid ? I haven't got my periods for this month yet..should i start taking any medicines yet.. Please help!
