Suggest Remedies For Irregular Periods

Hi, i am 22 yrs of age and have been missing my period for the past 4-5 months. Whats going on?? I am of East Indian descent and i use Elidel cream for sebboric (not sure if i spelt that correctly) dermititis and Diavobet cream for psoriasis. I have been taking them for almost a year now. Can you help?? Also on a more personal note, can masterbation have caused this??..Oh and also, my family has no history of any problem like this. Can you help??
