Hello,
You may have allergy to some triggers. Most important to make a diagnosis of a rash is to see the rash. Although I am giving some tips with which you can feel relief.
1. Always keep some
anti histamines with you like
Cetrizine,
Loratadine. Whenever there will be rashes, you can take them.
2. If the rashes are severe, you may have to take
corticosteroids. For that, not only a
dermatologist but also a prescription may be required.
3. Sometimes, NSAIDs works well but not in all condition. That is why rashes should be seen by eyes.
4. You may increase taking vitamin D and A in your diets
5. If possible, take an appointment with a Dermatologist.
If I can see the rashes, I can give some tests by suspecting the type of rashes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
