Suggest Remedies For Joint Pain, Fatigue And Sinus Allergies

Past couple weeks or so have leg and joint aches..arms...basic aches...very tired but not able to sleep so easily..now sore throat and drainage...miner headache....stuffed up nose somewhat...feel sinus/allergies up as it is spring but have never had lasting body aches that seem to move throughout my body.....have never experienced this.

Hi,

Noted your history of leg and joint aches for a couple of weeks, very tired, unable to sleep easily, now sore throat and drainage, headache, stuffed nose.
The cause looks to be Hay Fever or allergy to something else.
Sore throat means there may be infection somewhere in respiratory tract.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor as you need a proper clinical evaluation.
ENT Endoscopy and CT scan sometimes helps in proper diagnosis and should be done if hte routine treatment with antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines and decongestants fail to give relief.
Take rest and plenty of oral fluids.
Take second opinion of an ENT Surgeon if required.
Remember it takes weeks for complete cure so do not stop medicines and follow up with your Doctors unless you are completely cured.
