Suggest Remedies For Joint Pains After An Abortion

dear doctor i am 30 years old female, a month ago i have gone under abortion and than put cooer t,, due to this there was heavy beeding, consulted doctor and i am ok with bleeding part and romoved copper t. but now i am feeling pain in the all joints and feeling energyless. after taking medicines am feeling ok and after sometime feeling the same. pls advise.
