General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since your daughter is having pain in the right side radiating to the back, first let her be clinically assessed by a GP.

There are many investigations when the patient needs to be an empty stomach. Follow the instructions of the treating doctor.

Pain in the right side radiating to the back commonly occurs in acute appendicitis, acute pancreatitis or cholecystitis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
