Suggest Remedies For Lack Of Moment In Leg And Hand Due To Spondilitis

Hi Doctor,my name is charu,my father whose age is around 55,he is suffering from spondilities ,due to which,there is less movement in the left hand and left leg,can you suggest me ,How can he be treated,he had taken a lot of medicines in ayurvedic,allyopathic and homeopathic but no result now he is facing problem even in walking.please suggest me.
