General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Left flank pain could be due to some muscular strain pain because your all reports are normal. You doesn't have diarrhea, severe pain like complaint so diverticulitis could not be possible. You can be prescribed anti inflammatory medication for five days.

If you don't improve than consult nearby physician for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
