Suggest Remedies For Lethargy In Spite Of Undergoing SD Hematoma

My father (age 52 years) is suffering from Anemia. His Hemoglobin level is 9.5%. He was an alcoholic (he stopped taking alcohol) and had undergone SD Hematoma four years back. He is very week and getting very tired. He can't even walk a little distance without sitting couple of times. All this while he was consulting a doctor in SVIMS, Tirupathi. He had undergone all kinds of test for heart, lungs, kidneys and doctors said he didn't have any problem other than Anemia.. But I don't know which department i need to approach and which Doctor to consult.
