Suggest Remedies For Ligament Tear In Ankle

Hello Doc I recently had a basketball accident. I landed on my ankle the wrong way, and believe i rolled it(right ankle rolled all they way to the right). I believe it was a hyper extension, but also believe I broke a ligament. What do you suggest i do?
