General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

I think your baby is going through an acute gastroenteritis.

Should give plenty of fluids to replace lost electrolytes through watery diarrhea.

Domperidone is not a good choice. Instead tasectan will be of great help.

Give probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora. Give Greek yogurt, banana, rice as food. Give plain water with oral rehydration salts.

If still no improvement, should consult with his pediatrician as might need prescription meds and further diagnostic tests.

Wish fast recovery.
