Lumbar Lordosis is lost. All the Lumbar discs are desiccated. Facetal arthropathy is seen at L4-5 & L5-S1 levels. Lumbar Lordosis is absent. L1-L2 unremarkable. L2-L3/L-3-L4/L-4-L5/L5-S1, diffuse disc buldge is seen at this level causing indentation of the secal sac. L4-L5, Linear T2 hyper intense signal seen in the disc suggests annular tear.
