Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query .
Your husband has problem of loss of libido and erectile dysfunction .

He needs to consult qualified urologist to find /rule out any organic cause for Erectile Dysfunction .

He needs to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Blood tests for Testosterone levels ,Prolactin ,Thyroid hormone assessment blood sugar levels etc.
3) If required he may need to get color Doppler scan of the penis done to rule out vasculogenic cause for his ED..

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
