I m been experiencing some memory loss could remember my cell phone number when paying a bill and also couldn t remember my password at work when using the register what is wrong with me I m 56 years old at this time love been expericing this for the pass 3 days now

it can occur at this age group. have good sleep and diet. take a neurologist opinion. multivitamin tablets may help
