General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

When hormonal imbalance is the cause for prolonged bleeding (as you had for 15days) bleeding is mostly controlled within 5 days maximally. With Primolut N.

In the dose, you are taking but it may not stop if the bleed is an issue to some other cause like incomplete abortion, cervical polyp, bleeding disorders or malignancy in few cases.

So if the bleeding does not stop. You need to get checked up by a gynecologist to pinpoint the cause followed by specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
