You have not mentioned your age. This is what is called acne. It is a disease of teenagers. Acne occurs when sebaceous glands attached to the hair follicles are stimulated at the time of puberty or due to other hormonal changes. Sebum (oil) is a natural substance that lubricates and protects the skin. Acne usually improves around the age of 20, but may persist into adulthood. Permanent scarring may occur. Advice 1. Apply locally clindamycin 1% gel (Clindac – A gel) at bed time for a month 2. Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face 3. Stop applying olive oil on your face 4. Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring 5. Have a good sleep of 8 hours and drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily 6. Keep patience - treatment of acne may take two or three months to start working 7. Do not take stress as stress causes hormonal changes and will aggravate acne Thanks
