Suggest Remedies For Muscle Cramps In The Legs And Feet While Having Myasthenia Gravis

I have Myasthenia Gravis and experience muscle cramps in my legs and feet. I am taking potassium gluconate (1 X 595mg per day) and magnesium (1 X 500mg per day) in an effort to reduce the cramping. However, the cramping continues and I am having a hard time finding guidance in the literature available. My neuro said taking the supplements was Ok but had no guidance as to dosage or type.
