Suggest Remedies For Muscle Spasms In Chest And Stomach
I have muscle spasms in my chest and stomach. I finally realized that it was connected to when I took calcium , drank milk, etc ...anything that contains magnesium. I have stopped talking calcium and seldom drink milk because I know it will start the spasms. I am 76 years old and need the calcium for my bones. Any suggestions?

The symptoms seem to be related to muscle spasms due to the use of calcium.
I suggest using spasmolytic such as Baclofen.
I also recommend using warm compresses to relieve the spasms.
