Suggest Remedies For Nasal Congestion, Snoring And Cough In An Infant

My baby girl is 6 months old and has had congestion for 3 month. Been to our pediatrician, who suggested humidifier in room, but that has not worked at all. Pediatrician says her lungs are clear, but she snores deeply at night and coughs often during the day. She breathes loudly during the day as well. I remove mucous with a bulb as often as possible. She uses a pacifier for sleeping. We live in south Florida, where it is very hot and very humid, and her room can been rather warm at night.
