Suggest Remedies For No Heart Beat Detected In The Fetus

Hi, I just had a dating ultra sound at what I thought was 6 weeks and 6 days and was told that the enbryo measured 6 weeks and 5 days and that there was no heart beat detected. I was told that I should expect to miscarry within the next 2 weeks. Should I get a second opinion? I have not had any bleeding or cramping.
