Suggest Remedies For Numbness And Loss Of Sense In My Face

Hi, I thought this would be temporary so ignored it. However, even after 3 days am facing the same problem. Its kind of i lost power/operation speed on my left side of face. For example, my lips dont have the power even to keep a peice of fruit in mouth. When I rinse my mouth with water, it comes out from the left side of my lips, I cant keep the water in my mouth. I'he absorved this from last three days. Please help me.. am a 20 years old boy. Working in IT industry.
