My husbnds penis will go numb feeling during oral nd go soft then he says he can't even feel me touch him there and he wi lose his erection but then all of a sudden he will regain feeling and gain his erection back he is not under any more stress than normal

In my opinion, he should definitely get done detailed hormone analysis. Deficiency of male reproductive hormone can cause similar symptoms.

So he may need hormone supplements. Also, rule out diabetes and vitamin B12 deficiency because they can also contribute to this.
