Suggest Remedies For Oral Thrush And Cough

I seem to have thrush in my cheeks gums and am in the middle of an antibiotic treatment for a sinus infection. Any ideas? I am a 75 year old male in fairly good health but have been down with this for a week or so. Very tired, had a bad cough but that has lessened . YYYY@YYYY

Some antibiotics can cause oral thrush.
Antibiotics kill bacteria. In doing so they also kill natural human flora of mouth.
This causes thrush.
Common antibiotics causing this symptom are amoxicillin, cephlexin, doxycyclin etc.
So if you are taking any of these antibiotic, you should definitely call your doctor and discuss about changing antibiotic.
You can take probiotic tablets for oral thrush.
