Suggest Remedies For Pain And Burning Sensation Post Intercourse

I just had sex for the first time in 2 months, we used a condom but this guy was also much bigger than the guy I d previously been with. Now when I use the restroom it really stings and burns and there is also blood coming out. Before having sex I have noticed that I ve had yellow discharge for maybe two weeks.

Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection like bacterial vaginosis. Blood after sex could be due to vaginal infection, cervicitis, cervix dysplasia, polyp, mechanical trauma. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination and vaginal swab test to confirm the cause. Doctor will give following advises:

- Single dose treatment of Azithromycin + Fluconazole + Tinidazole.

- Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus.

Apply vagisil cream. Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar. Wear pure cotton loose inner. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
