Suggest Remedies For Pain And Swelling In Elbow After A Fall

hi i recently slipped on some ice an dlanded on my elbow. it was swolen red and looked nasty. i went to get it xrayed , i was told it was a"suggesteion of a hiarline fracture" but no breaks were seen on xray. its been 2 weeks and swelling has went down but it still hurts to bend my elbow like i wanted to brush my hair or shoot a jumpshot. this is going on week 3, i dont know what to do to help my elbow heal consdiering i was never told if it was broken/fractured only "suggested". ps, even tho swolen i still could move my fingers to write, so numb fingers was one symptom i didnt have.
