Suggest Remedies For Pain Due To Fluid In Pelvis And Follicle Rupture

Did an ultrascan yesterday, showed having fluid in pelvis area and gas around bowel area. Doctor at hospital sd most likely it is follicle rupture and was told to rest. Not given antibiotics and medicine, but the acute pain is still there. Just taking painkillers and hot water bottle treatment but does not help much. Could a gynaecologist visit provide more treatment for such case?
