Suggest Remedies For Pain In Abdomen And Back During Pregnancy

I am 38 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I have been having abdominal pains, back pains, pressure and hip pains. I went to my doctor on wednesday and all the doctor said is that it is normal. I was 1.5 cm dilated at 36 weeks. I am having a boy and the doctors say that he is a week ahead. does that mean I can go into labor before 40 weeks? what can i do about the pain?
