Suggest Remedies For Pain In Hips Due To Arthritis
The pain seems to be located in both hips back side just below glutes. Feels like it could be in hips or possibly in muscles. Has been this way since Jan. Have been taking anti inflammatory alive, high omega 3. Had X-rays and revealed some arthritis in my lower back and maybe hips. Went through PT but still same symptoms. Relieved after movement and some stretching but can still tell its there. Worse after inactivity. Not sure what next step should be as far as type of specialist to see.

The symptoms seem to be related to arthritis. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest gentle stretching exercises.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to consult a rheumatologist for further evaluation.
