Suggest Remedies For Pain In My Spine And Heart Palpitations

Hi! I'm 42 years old. I have some health problems, but I'm not sure. I feel pain in the middle of my backbone and variable heart rate in the same time. Two years ago, I was treated by phisical therapy of my thoracal backbone and it helped me for a few months. After that, I have been practicing for three times a week. Now, the pain is came back. I know, I have to visit a doctor, but I shoul be so happy If you could give me some advice.
