Suggest Remedies For Pain In My Wrist Due To Scaphoid Break

i have a clean break of my scaphoid, been in plaster 2 weeks now (changed once due to swelling going down). I am in constant agony, I cant even pull a blouse sleeve down with my injured hand, it feels like the inside of my wrist is going to snap. slight movements make me yelp in pain. what can i do, I have a feeling it needs pinned :( please help, i also have 4 slipped thoracic discs and cant handle any more pain. I am currently taking tramadol 200mg 12hr, gabapentin 500, venlaflaxine 150mg, ibuprofen and paracetamol. i am at the end of my rope
