Suggest Remedies For Pain In Ovary Due To Cysts In Spite Of Being On Pain Killers

I suffer from cysts on both my ovaries,the left one is visable and I believe is getting larger,my doctor has put me on strong pain killers and bed rest,the one on my right isn't visable as much but it causes all the pain,how long should I wait to return to the doctors?I saw him 6 days ago.
