My Daughter, age 9, is recovering from a cold, sore throat, cough, headache and fever. She has developed pain in her calf muscles making it difficult and painful for her to walk. Her calves are also sore if touched/lightly pressed. She has suffered similarily twice before after previous bouts of flu. I am concerned by the reoccurrence of this muscle pain. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?
