Suggest Remedies For Pain In The Perineum Area During Urination
I experience pain in my perineum during urination, mostly after an erection (with or without release). The pain is SHARP, varies in intensity, and last only duing urination. I ll usually squeeze my kegel muscles (i guess thats what they re called) to restrict the flow of urine so it wont hurt. It s not every time but it s often enough and sometimes the pain travels down my urethra. This has been going on for a year or two. It s been bareable thus far but is getting worse. I m 27 years old, 5 7 , 165lbs (don t know if that s useful info). Thank you.

Suggest Remedies For Pain In The Perineum Area During Urination
Hello, Most possible causes are a fissure in ano or other urethral tears. Small stones or calculus in the urethra can also cause similar symptoms. Consult a urologist and get evaluated. A detailed examination of the perineal and anal region is required. Ultrasound abdomen is also required. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
