Suggest Remedies For Pain In The Stomach With Nausea And Loss Of Appetite
My Father is 74 yrs old Post CABG patient and has intense pain in the stomach region. He has been vomiting bile and feels nausea and no apetite to eat. All the time he complains of pain. His SGOT and SGPT levels were 760 and 350 , very high with T bil of 2.3 , please let me know what do we do??

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that this could be cholecystitis and this need to be ruled out and better get done the ultrasonography test and consult the gastroenterologist, meanwhile the symptoms can be managed with, Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone, take care and have a nice day.
