General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to strained muscle in the legs.

It can also be related to prediabetes so I suggest to maintain it under control through regular checkup of the glycemic level.

Meanwhile,I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen and a magnesium supplement.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
