Suggest Remedies For Painful Itchy Scabies

My one year old grandson and I got the he scabies diagnosis, however after treatment with the cream three times now, the bites having not disappeared and reoccur, now they are as painful as they are itchy. We have cleaned and laundered everything numerous times, we have hard wood floors with are disinfected everyday, could it be something else?

Hello,

It may be due to scabies.

For that you can apply permethrin ointment locally.

For itching you can take tablet loratidine.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Avoid sweating.
