Suggest Remedies For Painful Menstrual Cycles

I was wondering if there are still doctor s who do pro bono surgerys. My health insurance doesn t cover a hysterectomy. I live in Calcium, NY I have been haveing really bad menstrual cycles for the past 6 years. I m 36 years old & i have a 16 year old. I don t want any more kids but I really want my pain to go away.
