As per your complain an increase in AEC levels or eosinophilic count is seen commonly in cases of allergic reactions or infections and your symptoms of fever and ulcers seems to be due to infection while mouth ulcers can also occur as a result of side effects of medications like antibiotics that you are taking in the form of Taxim-O.. As you are being given antibiotics along with Paracetamol to reduce fever there is a possibility that you are diagnosed with infection.. Gradually as the infection will subside the fever will resolve and also he mouth ulcers will improve.. As of now for symptomatic relief I would suggest you to start gargling with warm saline solution. Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.. Take a Vitamin B complex daily.. You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.. Avoid spicy and hard foods.. Take a soft and bland diet.. You can also suck ice and do cool water rinses..
