Suggest Remedies For Painful Swelling Under The Knee Caused By A Fall

Hard a hard fall on ice four days ago. I fell directly onto my leg/knee and the other leg flew start in front of me. I couldn't move the leg or toes, so I pulled my leg up to my chest in pain and felt something pop into place and I could feel everything again. Now there is a huge goose egg under my knee, and extreme pain when I walk. The goose egg is black, yellow and red. It feels like cold water runs down my leg and it aches badly.
