Hi, Myself Ashish, I m suffering from fever & cough from last 4days and did not cure till now. There is also a pain in my chest from cough. Doctor prescribed me medicine as bellow :- 1. Tab Sinarest - 1*3 2. Tab Gudcef200 - 1*2 3. Syp Coff no - 2tbs*3 Kindly guide me.
