GERD often causes heartburn, a burning feeling in the chest and throat. Heartburn may happen many times a week, especially after eating or at night. Acid juice irritates throat causing chronic cough.
Advice
1.     Capsule Pantocid – D - one capsule daily per oral empty stomach in the morning for 15 days
2.     Stop all kinds of homeopathic treatment
3.     Avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy food, and non-steroidal pain killer for few days
4.     Avoid eating 3 hours before lying down
5.     Raise the head of your bed
6.     Do gargle with Listerine mouth wash every 8 hours for 7 days
7.     Avoid heavy meal at a time. Divide your meal into three smaller quantity
If you do not get relief after above measures then contact your doctor.
