General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Gastric problems need diet and lifestyle modifications for complete remission. Eat small meals frequently. Do not stay hungry. Finish eating 2 hours before sleeping. Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables. Drink a glass of cold milk at bed time, avoid tea coffee and green chillies. Exercise and do meditation to keep stress away. Take Digene syrup/tab Ranitidine/capsule Omeprazole, antacids, to control acidity if diet does not suffice. Test for h. pylori in case acidity is severe or if there are symptoms of ulcer.

Hope you are benefited with the above advice. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
Dr. Manisha Roy
