Suggest Remedies For Persistent Pain And Numbness In The Right Hand Joints

I have right hand joint pain from last 1 week, in day day time slight pain is there but at 3.00AM to 05.00AM starts chronic pain.Sometime Numbness fills for seconds/minute.It happens with right hand only why?I have shown to general physician she conducts Blood tests and RA for arthritis but told everything is ok then why hand bones of wrist and fingers pains?

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like peripheral neuropathy.

Detailed evaluation is required including nerve conduction study.
