Suggest Remedies For Persistent Pain In Abdomen Radiating To Penis

Imagine my stomach as a box starting under the breast, (male 57 years old) the 4 corners is where my pain is along with behind by Back at the same spot as the upper upper left box angle would be (my right side back) there is a dull to medium pain on and off all day and night at each 4 corners with occasional pain thru the penis, feels like I can feel lumps running down my right side of stomach top to bottom, out of work for 8 years so I m screwed but at least I would like to know, Not throwing up, no blood in stool or urine, no weight loss, no turning yellow, if fact no symptoms except the pain, best I keep finding is gall bladder or stones which doesn t make sense to me..anyway any thoughts would be great, this started a few months back after my back went out for 2 weeks and the 1st week was horrible, since I had no muscle relaxers so I had to wait it out (2nd time in my life my back went out for 2 weeks, I was in construction (drywall)..So any thoughts would be great on my dying ass..Thank You
