HELLO THERE. I AM SUFFERING FROM A GREAT DEAL OF TICKING NOISES IN MY HEAD BUT CANT SLEEP; MUCH.. HEARING SPECIALIST GAVE ME HEARING AIDS THAT DOESNT WORK EITHER...THESE TICKING NOISES IN MY HEAD GIVES ME FAR TOO MUCH HEADACHES..ITS HURTS MY HEAD ALOT CAUSES ME ALOT OF STRESS AND PAIN AND BREAKDOWN..IT MAKES ME UNWELL TO. I AM SUFFERING TOO MUCH OF THESE TICKING SOUNDS ON MY HEAD....PANADOLS PAIN RELIEF DONT HELP EITHER...THESE SOUNDS WONT GO AWAY,,,,CAN U HELP ME... PLEASE DOCTOR..

Hello,

If your ear examination is normal the most possible is vestibular neuronitis for which I would recommend you to take tablet betahistidine/ serc and take bed rest and adequate fluids. This will settle your problem. If still not, you can proceed for an MRI brain to look for any other pathology.
