General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For the headache should:
- check your blood pressure and sugar levels, record the results for reference in order to rule out spikes in both bp and sugar levels
- check your teeth by dentist for possible bad teeth and correct them adequately
- check your eyes by eye specialist as might need spectacles or any other correction
- check blood vessels supplying brain through a complete Doppler ultrasound of the blood vessels in our body
- check for possible spondyloarthrosis or other vertebral spine issues of the neck area

With regards to pimples, should:
- limit sugary/oily/high calories foods intake
- limit chocolate intake
- clean your face well with warm water with unscented soap (tea oil soap is better)
- rinse well, pat dry
- rub on face a well ripe banana skin, let it for 10 mins, then, rinse off
- if no improvement, should apply tetracycline or doxycycline ointment locally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
