Suggest Remedies For Post Natal Anxiety And Heart Palpitations
Hi, I have a one year 4 month old daughter whom I delivered with csection.I am having anxiety symptoms and heart palpitations from more than 2 months, Had all the blood work,GP told it may be bcoz of my thyroid as it is gig up and down lately and also I had low folic acid levels to say exactly I think 9.I am still feeling that even after taking folic acid 5mg tablets and I am also having left eye pain, still ness of the eye and also left side head pain .I am not sure what it is but I a feel irritated all the timeless patience, depressed and un voluntary muscle movements.Any suggestions.Pls help
Hi, Its common to experience depressive and anxiety symptoms post delivery due to certain biochemical changes in the brain.If the symptoms are really disturbing you its advisable to take a small dose of antidepressants like sertraline which can be used even by a lactating mother.It can significantly help in these symptoms Regards
