Hello sir good morning. I have a serious issue regarding my health.Actually due to improper knowledge I am facing huge confusion regarding masturbation.I did a lot since I was 14 and now I am in early 30.I have tried several medicines from elopathy,ayurveda and homeo but still I am thinking some hidden problem is inside of my body due to this bad habit which I made unknowingly.I have a very small,weak and curved(towards left) size penis also my ejaculation time is 1-2 minute and I have consulted with so many doctors but no body is responding me properly.I am always in a state of worry regarding my future married life which I am going to start next year.So please guide me what should I do in current situation.I am feeling guilty about my past bad habits which I have started by misguidance of one bad fellow.
Masturbation is a totally normal process and it indicates your sexual maturity. Everyone masturbates at sometime in their life. There is no harm practicing it. Although masturbation is a normal process and it does not harm you in anyway, excess masturbation may cause psychological anxiety, testicular trauma and sometimes testicular torsion, an emergency surgical condition, after vigorous masturbation. Sometimes vigorous manipulation of penis as in masturbation causes mechanical trauma to testes leading to testicular pain. Excess of anything is wrong. Slight tiling of penis in one direction is normal and it has nothing to do with your sexual performance. Masturbation does not affect your body. Start workout in gym to improve health 3. Take high protein diet such as egg, chicken, dairy products, pulses etc. consume more fruits and green leafy vegetables 4.
